3 weeks agoMy Nissan was broken down and off road for almost 3 years, as it was hard to get parts for it. So I gave up, last week I called Auto Japan, Br Fauzer told me he can help me, that same afternoon, he said he had the part, and today a week later, my once broken car, drives like it's brand new. Auto Japan took good of my car, they are very welcoming and friendly , I will definitely recommend and from now on, I'm only gonna be taking my car with Auto Japan 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you very much.❤️

1 month agoThe experience was wholesome overall. I bought my car from someone I know, and unfortunately the hybrid battery stopped working unexpectedly. Luckily, the battery was still under warranty. I contacted the supplier, AutoJapan, and trusted them with the claim. The diagnosis was free since it was confirmed as a hybrid battery fault. Akhil helped me initially, and later Fawza did an amazing job by delivering and fitting a new battery. It was a huge relief. I would definitely recommend AutoJapan to friends who own Japanese import cars and need reliable help. Thanks again!

3 months agoI bought an imported van in the eastern states and drove it home to Perth. It was licensed and plated in my name but failed DOT inspection to licence it in WA. Despite have been passed by DOT in the east. The van needed 3 child seat anchor points, an Australian VIN number plaque to be made and applied in a prominent position, and it had to be recomplied for 7 seats. I had heard of Auto Japan car sales and servicing in Kenwick. They are a small and friendly team and very professional. They also have a compliance arm, known as JDM Compliance Pty Ltd. They import cars and must ensure they are acceptable for West Australian compliance. I engaged JDM and they did the work at reasonable cost. I am very happy with it.

4 months agoWe are loving driving in our Nissan Elgrand! Thanks to Fauzer and the rest of the friendly team at Auto Japan, we now have an enjoyable experience whenever we take our van out for drives as a family. From helping us organize finance and advice on purchasing and insuring a "grey import", the AutoJapan guys have been helpful and honest with us throughout. Whenever we have had issues with some parts, like fixing a baby seat hook or buttons coming loose, we just had to take it in to the workshop and the auto technician fixes it in a jiffy! Having automated doors in our imported car has been a game-changer for the school runs! Thank you again!

4 months agoWent to visit auto japan after looking for a van/people mover with comfort, we received great customer service and time spent to show us how things work with seating ect, we also had a challenging request to which it was met with service and care going well above the normal standard, they made the car buying process easy and painless, great clean area to wait and do the paper work side, would recommend auto japan to anyone looking to buy a car from them 5 Star customer service,

5 months agoI was planning to import one Elgrand from Japan myself but I found AutoJapan before I did anything. From my calculations, buying from AutoJapan is not much dearer than importing it myself but much quicker and giving me peace of mind knowing that I have strong backup from their vast experience about Elgrand. The owner Fauzer is very friendly and knowledgeable so I was confident I have made the correct choice. The Elgrand is in good condition considering its age but no doubt it will give me many years enjoyment out of it. So if you are looking or planning to get a good quality Japanese import, go to see Fauzer first and you might be surprised to find some good treasures there.

6 months agoI'm very happy with the team at Auto Japan. I was looking for somewhere new to maintain my 2008 Toyota Crown - its not always easy to find people confident and competent to work on imports - and Auto Japan fit the brief nicely. I've just picked up the car and driven it home, and I'm pleased to say that all the issues the car went there with (and more) have been fixed. I will be returning to them when the car is due for its next service!

7 months agoHad great experience going for the first time in 4 years I had no keyless start fix in 5 minutes was amazing also replaced my worn out e51 rider steering wheel and they put it on for me as i waited fantastic service will be my man go to for anything and mechanical and services .
